Can I Design My Own Home?

Pine View Terrace is an exclusive dealer of Pine Grove Homes. They offer many floor plans and will make changes, within reason, to them also. We try to make sure that the home uses the best aesthetics of the site, placing porches where you would have the optimum view of parks areas or the water. You choose your options such as, fireplaces, upgraded appliances, built in entertainment centers, whirlpools, etc., along with the colors of carpet, walls, counters, and exteriors. My Husband Is 56, And I Am Only 49, Are We Eligible to Live At Pine View Terrace?

Can My Grandchildren Visit?

Of course, we just ask that while here they respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors and respect their privacy.

I always say that if someone told my parents that their grandchildren could not visit, they would not be moving into that community.

What About Financing? Can Your Homes Be Financed?

We deal with Roma Bank, who offers financing on Manufactured Homes. They require a 10% down payment on new homes

and a 20% down payment on pre-owned.

I Own A Motor Home, Where Would I keep It?

An acre fenced in compound, which is kept locked with a security system in place, is located within theNew Jersey senior housingcommunity. Residents store their recreational vehicles, boats, trailers in this fenced in area. All work on vehicles, such as changing oil, etc., also must done in the compound area. And the best thing is, there is no charge for the amenity.

Do I Have To Make An Appointment to See Your Homes?

We are open Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 5:00. If you cannot make it at all during the week, give me a call and we can make arrangement for you to see the homes on Saturday or Sunday. I always tell prospective residents that they should drive through the community and talk to the residents first, they will give you a non biased opinion of how life is here at Pine View.

Where Are The Nearest Shopping Centers and Hospitals?

Approximately 3 miles up the road is Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital. Deborah has now opened an emergency room and are a full service hospital. Lucky for us. Right before Deborah is the Pine Grove shopping center, where there is a super Acme grocery store, Ace hardware store, Pebbles department store, Radio Shack, Fashion Bug, Chinese Buffet, Albas Pizza (great pizza and food) Famous Footware, Dry Cleaners, Nail Salon, HR Block, Blookbusters, and the Dollar store.

Right around the corner from the shopping center is a CVS and Advance auto store.

Are Pets Allowed?

We allow small dogs (in the past, exceptions for large dogs that are older have been made, we realize they are a part of your family). However, they must be walked on leashes, droppings must be picked up, and they may not be tied outside. Cats are considered pets and must kept indoors. We love our pets here at Pine View...that is Lilly on the right, she comes to the office every day.
